Biography

I am committed to flexible (and remote) working and have managed my recruitment business – Flexibility Matters - for the past seven years in exactly this fashion. Before working in recruitment, I was a full-time mum for 10 years and prior to that held business development, marketing, and sales roles for Dow Jones, The Wall Street Journal, and Hobsons Publishing part of the DMGT group. Flexibility Matters actively champions a healthy blend of work and life achieved through recruiting into positions that understand the benefits of flexible, remote, and WFH. This flexibility means that I can pursue my career in a hugely challenging & rewarding role filled with purpose and meaning, whilst allowing me to be around for my family. I spend the majority of time promoting the benefits of flexible and remote working to businesses in Sussex and South London. This is achieved through a personal & individual approach to recruitment – developing long-term partnerships with business owners and really getting to know our candidates. We are a generalist recruiter with core disciplines in finance, marketing, digital marketing, project management, and office management, working with the likes of Red River, Emteq, Workhorse to name but a few.
